Does this look like a roseola rash?
A doctor at the clinic, not her normal pediatrician or family doctor, diagnosed my 16 month old with roseola yesterday. He said the rash should disappear within a week.
Today I noticed the rash was still spreading. Is this common with roseola and does this look like a roseola rash? These were taken a few minutes ago:

She had a fever between 100-102 for 4 days that kept spiking back despite using Tempra, and then the day her fever broke, she broke out with the rash.
It looks like heat rash to me, I have had it all my life, I deal with it almost every summer.
