Anyone have a kid with Roseola?
My son is in the rash stage of Roseola and he’s extremely irritable. He ‘s not scratching the rash and he doesn’t seem to be in pain but he’s crying all the time. He’s barely sleeping and for very brief periods when he does. Any suggestions on how to soothe him for a few days until the rash goes away? Experienced parents or medical professionals only please.
I have 3 daughters and along the road they have all had it. My youngest 13 months just a couple weeks ago. I had to cancel her 12 mo shots.
As for soothing. Its kinda like Teething. Just grin and bear it. Her rash lasted just 3 days and i didn’t even notice her any more fussy than usual but thats probably due to the Teething for the past so many months.
